We currently have seven more developments under construction, three of which have apartments still for sale – our flagship building, The Greenhouse (just off Ponsonby Road), our epic Onehunga development, Manaaki, and the newly launched Feynman in Grey Lynn. And we’ve recently released a small number of apartments at the original Ockham Building which, we’re pleased to tell you, look just as good as the day they were built a decade ago.
