I came to New Zealand in 1997 from Tianjin, China and spent 15 years in IT as a web developer. An opportunity arose in real estate and I said yes! I am passionate about property, particularly in Auckland, and helping people live their dreams is a great motivator.

I like the fact that Barfoot & Thompson is a non-franchised company and that salespeople share the listed properties, a real advantage to buyers and sellers. My qualifications include Bachelor of Computing Systems, Certificate of NZ Diploma in Business, Accounting and Finance, and Bachelor of Civil Engineering, and I believe that my financial accounting, project planning and coordination, digital marketing and communication skills are real assets in real estate. An added skill is my fluency in both English and Mandarin.

Having been a resident at Stonefields since 2012, I admit to having a soft spot for the development. I like being in real estate and living in the community and take pride in being on-hand for any help or advice I can give with all aspects of selling, purchasing and household moving.

I enjoy gardening and walking my dogs daily means that I know many of the Stonefield dogs and their owners.
