As a Freemans Bay local, Amy is committed to providing exceptional service through extensive knowledge of the area, combined with her natural ability to anticipate and exceed your expectations.

Highly motivated, determined and compassionate, Amy Kitto brings an impressive skillset to her role within the Bayleys Ponsonby team.

With an extensive background in both retail and business banking, both in New Zealand and internationally, Amy has crafted a solid working knowledge of home lending policy, both for individuals and small businesses.

Transferring this knowledge and skills to the real estate industry, and combining them with an ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations, has ensured that she has a strong foundation and confident head start to selling property.

Amy thrives on challenging herself. She believes that ‘every day is a school day,’ and that there is always an opportunity to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.

Her determination to succeed saw Amy attend Waikato University as an adult student, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Analysis, whilst raising two young children on her own.

Amy’s strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted long-lasting relationships with clients, combine with her broad skill base and extensive knowledge of the Ponsonby and Freemans Bay areas.

Describing herself as a people person, with an outgoing and personable approach, Amy ensures that the best interests of her clients are always at the forefront of her mind. She is never afraid to go that extra mile to ensure the interests of her client are satisfied.

Aside from real estate, Amy is a dedicated supporter of Freemans Bay School. She enjoys being an active member of the Freemans Bay community, involving herself in local events and supporting local businesses.

In her spare time Amy enjoys spending time with her children, hiking, and enjoying local beaches.
