Michelle enjoys working in a team environment alongside Gavin Roberts as an associate also providing support in a professional and stress free real estate experience.

Michelle's prior work experience was Personal Assistant to Team NZ in the 1995 campaign in San Diego winning the America's Cup. She then went onto manage the running and operations for the American Eagle Charter Boat for five years co-ordinating corporate company functions along with weddings and birthday parties. Michelle is a keen sports person who has played competitive squash for over 35 years, having represented NZ, and different districts within NZ as well as her North Shore club - winning a number of titles.
